The Bible emphasizes the importance of caring for our physical and mental well-being as part of a holistic approach to life, recognizing that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit. We will take a detailed approach to what this means and learn how a healthy body contributes to a healthy spirit and vice versa. Health and wellness covers physical health-having a healthy diet & active lifestyle, social health-getting along with others, and mental & emotional health- thinking clearly, coping with stress & feelings. We want to encourage practices of healthy living as the Bible implies a responsibility to care for our bodies as an act of worship and reverence to God and encourages a joyful heart as good medicine and emphasizes the importance of peace & rest in God. Cancellation Policy
All class and material fees must be paid for upfront. Once paid, all fees are non-refundable, except if class is canceled due to low enrollment. If class is canceled due to low enrollment, you will be notified 1 week prior to the start of the class and all money will be refunded.
