This course equips teens with essential personal finance skills using a mix of textbook lessons, online resources, videos, and hands-on activities. Students are encouraged to put their learning into practice right away and are introduced to financial concepts they’ll soon encounter in real life. Each chapter emphasizes biblical principles and encourages God-honoring financial habits and offers a real-world financial education that prepares students for life in an engaging, accessible way. Topics include money basics, setting financial goals, budgeting, saving & investing, credit, financial institutions, taxes, and more! To earn an official full math credit for high school, students will need to attend the full academic year + complete 2 assignments at home per week along with the class work. All class and material fees must be paid for upfront. Once paid, all fees are non-refundable, except if class is canceled due to low enrollment. If class is canceled due to low enrollment, you will be notified 1 week prior to the start of the class and all money will be refunded.
